The entire Staff alone should ALL be Congratulated to the highest extent. The entire Front desk Staff, especially Tania and Jose and Ryan, and all whom I had met, including the Maintenance, who was always Courteous, Kind and above all Professional, TOP-NOTCH! \m/ The Rooms are very spacious and quiet, due to good construction between Rooms. The included Breakfast Buffet is definitely something to look forward to the night before, wonderful and wide array of Breakfast delights. The Valet Parking Staff were helpful and courteous and quick to get your vehicle or drop-off, pick-up location. I would highly recommend The Hampton Inn Oakland Downntown-City Center...5 STARS!*****

I thought it was a great hotel stay. The area can seem a bit dangerous but we didn't go anywhere past 8pm. Very close to the bart, super clean, great service. I would stay here again if I were visiting Oakland.
