I truly enjoyed my stay here at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Union City. It was very easy to navigate to arrive at this hotel. I really appreciated, how quiet and safe I felt for the duration of my stay. I have no complaints about my room. It was clean and I appreciate it being able to upgrade to a higher level floor. However, my only issue is I requested a receipt to be emailed to me I have yet to receive that as I need that for accounting purposes, but other than that, I have no other complaints about my stay here.

Over the past two months, I’ve felt incredibly safe staying at this hotel. After my car was stolen from the parking lot in July, the hotel took immediate action. Since then, every night when I returned, I noticed a security guard patrolling the parking area in a vehicle with flashing lights. It gave me a great sense of reassurance. The hotel staff and management handled everything swiftly and professionally. I truly felt valued and cared for as a guest.
