The property itself was fine, though there were some issues like the shower not draining properly, missing door handle to the closet, light bulbs out in the bathroom. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay. But there was no confirmation email or text, which I need. I called the number again multiple times and no one answered. I feel a little scammed? I’m not sure about this company.

Property was in great location. Walkable. We would stay there again. Needs a full length mirror.

Overall was a really nice experience for our family. We had a great room, good communication with the property manager and are looking to stay here again in the future.
