very clean and very helpful staff. breakfast only continental not very good for celiacs. stairs not good for older people

great location and friendly helpful host.
breakfast was just OK, bought pastries, juice, coffee. Fruit or yogurt would have brought it up a notch. Bed comfy.

Cute and charming in a great location - walking distance to everything in Oak Bluffs, yet it's in a quiet residential neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was really charming and comfortable, neat and clean. We would definitely stay there again - and we highly recommend it to others.

The Victorian Heat
Posted 22 Aug 2018 on HotelsThis was my first time in one of the enchanting rooms at this hotel. The bedding and bathroom were clean. The outside rooftop sitting area was quaint. I was there in July and when I tell you the cross breeze is NOT enough for a "woman of a certain age". They have air conditioning in some rooms and provided a fan, but it was pretty hot and humid. The balcony did not have a screen so at night you end up with mosquito's. On a more positive note, the porch is a wonderful respite. A place to chat with strangers and enjoy the night, morning or afternoon air.
