The room that I was in was extremely loud and hot because of a large air duct that ran 24/7 and went right through the room. It was stifling hot for the entire visit and I didn't sleep at all because it sounded like a jet engine in the room. Room service was not available at all even though it was advertised, and I never got the hair dryer I requested. The food was a mixed bag. Very expensive. Excellent steak but the potatoes tasted like they'd been reheated four or five times. Overall not worth the cost and disappointing.
