Initially I was a bit skeptical when the property staff reached out to me to transfer the refundable security deposit via online transfer. However after meeting and talking to them, I’m well assured. In fact, the team have been professional & shared tips on how to get to the place, things to do around & promptly returned my deposit upon the end of my stay. Great customer service & hospitality. Room was clean, great for family of 4, lovely swimming pool & gym as well. Would definitely check in this place again the next time I’m in JB.

New place and the surrounding has yet to develop.
The room and facility is very clean. Security is quite tight especially at the swimming pool area.

Disappointing

Wifi super slow, kitchen sink is dirty, the cabinets cannot shut properly, toilet fittings are Super dirty, towels r dirty (we bought new towels), no channels to watch on TV, check in was lousy because reception does not have our names and can’t really speak Malay or English, car park is dangerous because of repair works and they only open 1 lane with many blind spots (needs to reverse to avoid collision with oncoming vehicle and security just sit there).... Singaporeans hoping to have a relaxing stay, please do not waste your trip, just doing our part as fellow Singaporeans to avoid such traps. At $75 a night, there are better choices. Probably the water disruption was unintended but it sums up everything. Only good thing was at least aircon was working well.

The advertised free wifi was non existant. There was no wifi in the room and get online you have to go 8 floors down to the loby and then fill out a form online, which is obviously to capture your details for advertising stuff. If you do sll of this, you can get a very weak signal. Very frustrating! There is wifi in the room but apparently the condo owner has chosen to no make that available to guests. I usually get 4g mobil data on my phone but there was a very poor signal in this area.
