Great location - short walk to: the beach, outdoor shopping mall, and beach promenade that goes miles. Staff are very attentive and kind, beds are comfortable, rooms are spotless and the breakfast buffet is great!

We had a very nice, large room but some tiles and aspects needed attention. But the bed was very comfortable and the linens were always fresh and clean. The service was great! Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ample and had a large variety. Non stop drip coffee. There was a cafe on site for barista coffees as well. The Roost restaurant was good, a little more expensive than dinning out but fair for the convenience of having good food in the ready. The roof top pool was lovely and clean. We enjoyed that! The location is near a busy road, there was some noise but nothing that stopped us from sleeping. While the Nest is not on the beach you can walk to the beach that the resorts are on in less than 5 mins. The security will even stop traffic so you can cross the busy street. Bali collection is a beautiful 15. - 20 min walk away. It was safe and very enjoyable. A Gojeck would be a cheap option. LOVED the 12:00 check out and the service was fantastic. Would suggest getting a Grab or Gojeck for the airport if you wanna save some money there.

During the night I’d awake to a stinky smell in my room and the corridor , also on our day of arrival we waited 5 hrs for our room check in was at 2 we arrived at 8.30am , our room was ready earlier in the day but they were surprised when we went to ask for the key at 2 pm they said the room was ready for hours. Another thing I didn’t like about them was it’s all about the money. We were catching taxis ordered by them at $40 Australian to go to Kuta and we found out that we can order our own bluebird for $14 Australian going to the same area they said they have to promote their property first. That was the thing that put me off. Also one of the adults I was travelling with was ordering stuff and she would tell them that she has her own money and she will pay for things herself that she wanted but they were charging me taking money out of my bank account

Such a lovely stay at the Nest Nusa Dua. I would happily stay again. Great breakfast options. Happy and helpful staff. Room cleaning staff are amazing ! Taking care of our room everyday keeping it so clean and fresh. Gardens are beautiful and kept tidy. Pool is gorgeous perfect temp as well. Love the views from the rooftop also. The restaraunt and bar at the hotel is very pricey compared to the street restaurants. You can only purchase food and drink from the bar and restaraunt for the rooftop area inc the pool. Thank you to the staff we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 🤗
