We had pool view room which carries a bit of noise, but didn’t worry us. The grounds are beautiful, pool is great and deck chairs fill up early. Bottom level pool is quite a big step to get in it if. room is very dated and smells at times (musty type sewer smell). Serviced every day which is great for fresh towels and more needed toilet paper! Staff are absolutely beautiful, pool side service especially, we loved Yuda & Yuka who were so cheerful and thoughtful & great to chat to. Food was ok at restaurant, Pause cafe was better. Good walking access from rear of hotel to convenient stores, laundry service, cheaper massage/spa’s. Walking distance from front of hotel to other restaurants and street markets. Staff easily arrange taxis if needed. The Accor membership if worth buying for food/drink discounts, we had family of 4, so $150AUD outlay is worth it The beach club is a bit disappointing, toilets, not very nice. The beach itself had a bit of rubbish washed up but overall a nice, day. very strong current to swim in. Free shuttle back-and-forth was great and went every 15 minutes.

Overall experience with my family was great and can not wait to go back for tge next holiday. We appreciate the great smile of the staff and willingness to assist us during our stay. The Square restaurant is an "okay" for overnight stay breakfast buffet. The served food was below my expectations compare to other Novotel I have been stayed worldwide. Their main serving mostly rice dishes and noodles. We loved our 2 bedroom suite we stayed in as the porch gave us the relaxing afternoon listening to the chirping birth and feeling the cool breeze while having our cup of tea. The In balance spa staff is well accommodating but I hope their hair spa is more restful if client is on a lying or slightly head down for treatment for more relaxing pampering instead of a barber type chair in a salon. Their massage bed with hole was an okay but needs to be sanitized as it's smelled pungent during our massage. It was like a someone sweat stayed on a surface of the head area. The Koi ponds was pretty and nice to sit on a nipa hut while having a slow day relaxing.Appreciated the provided Spring drinking water as our thirst quencher and kept us hydrated. Yeah, the Novotel beach access was the Best part of our stay. We stayed not for the pool experience but for the OCEAN therapy. Thank you!

Service and stuff excellent. Check in and check out quick, friendly, correct. Breakfast excellent. Beach Bar and transport to the beautiful beach excellent. The room large, but overdue for a big refitting of almost everything. Very clean. I would go back for the garden and pool and the excellent staff.

Although the rooms could do with an update it is value for money and in such a handy location. We loved the beach club and the breakfast buffet. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are lovely. It was easy to access other dining options, shopping and taxis. All up very enjoyable stay.
