The pools were amazing. Very peaceful. The beach area is not the best but the resort makes up for it.

We stayed here for 11 nights and overall, enjoyed our stay. The suites were in need of an update but they were large and it was lovely to have a separate breakfast area (although it had less options than the main one) and pool for this block. The main pools in the hotel were also great and the fake beaches were a hit with our children. There were plenty of activities at the kids club. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite, and the transport desk was helpful in organising any day trips which we wanted to do. We did however find that the hotel restaurants were not as good as other local restaurants. Dishes were often lacking in the flavour which we expected. We also paid for a "fire dance" buffet which promised 45 minutes of entertainment and plenty of vegetarian options. It was unfortunately underwhelming and there were only four vegetarian options out of countless meat dishes.

Incredible customer service! 5* every member of staff so amazing a kind, food sensational! Best breakfast and Rin restaurant is superb! Only bit of feedback is it would have been nice to have a adults only pool. We will be sure to recommend it to all our friends and family, thank you so much! The staff work so hard here, really does make the place very special

Conrad Bali is an exceptional resort. It's so huge, you don't need to go outside of the property. Aside from a day trip to Ubud, we stayed the entire week in Conrad Bali. Our room overlooked the beach. The buildings were surrounded by swimming pools. There is no shortage of things to do. And the staff was incredible. They are at your service even before you think about them. If I go back to Bali, it will be because of this property.

Wonderful experience at this amazing resort. Very nice ocean view room. Courteous, friendly, efficient and professional staff all around, especially Monalisa at Saku restaurant during breakfast. The pools and other amenities were excellent.
