No cleaning services
Posted 21 Apr 2024 on HotelsThe overall was ok. The problem was that they did not clean my room. I complained after the first night and they apologize and promise that this will not happen again. The following day I returned and the room was again not clean.

The room was very clean and well prepared. We missed some of the comforts like a kettle but in general the stay was very nice. The place is in a walkable distance from the Center, the staff was supee helpful and friendly.

For a cheap B&B, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a short stay. It was comfy and practical and enjoyable to stay in. The breakfast was simple and also practical - but had everything you needed and for the price it's an excellent service. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

very friendly and were very helpful with holding luggage and other processes. Veryquiet and peaceful area perfect for resting and relaxing.

We were a big team, attend an exhibition, with mixed schedules that were greatly impacted by the strike.
All issues resolved very professionally.
Hotel very clean and with excellent location.
