The hotel and my room in general was acceptable and the location was great. HOWEVER, the carpet in the room was so worn out and it smelled like people/pet peed on it. It felt awful when I stepped on it barefoot!! I would have given the hotel 3.3 to 4 stars if it were not for the carpet! Disappointing!

Cocochee staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, they provided excellent service in a great location of Numazu. Highly recommend to anyone, even if you don't speak Japanese. This is right next to the train and bus station as well, a very easy way to catch a 10min bus down to the fish market! Plenty of food and drinks within walking distance of the hotel as well.

The toilet is very good with Japanese bathtub, but the room is a bit small.

Nice stay

Really happy that the hotel has free laundry machines (need to pay for detergent but I’m ok with that).

The bathroom is very big for two and it’s very relaxing . The staff is amazingly nice . Also it’s near the station which it’s close to every good restaurants .

This is possibly my favourite hotel ive stayed in. Incredibly comfortable great location and very reasonably priced. The staff are also fantastic and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area
