It would be great if there were fans in the bathrooms. It was also difficult to adjust the water temp in the shower.

A group of us have been coming here for 22 years and we love it.The hotel is a smaller older hotel.It is showing its age but it is clean and looked after.The staff are excellent friendly and helpful.They are the main reason we keep returning. There are two a la carte restaurants and the main buffet.I have always found something good to eat. We look forward to returning next year.

While the building is older, the staff are always cleaning and they all seem to go beyond to make your stay wonderful. The staff really make this resort.

Property is outdated as in an Older building / rooms and bathroom . Only one snack bar in between meal times and the snacks were a 3/10 Not much of activity / entertainment during the day expect the nightly show at 9 pm for 45 minutes or so. The water aerobics they had during the day was mostly in the local language so it was hard for us to understand or enjoy it At the end of the stay , the bell boy tried to hustle us but trying to triple the price of the taxi fare to the airport . We stood our ground for about 15 mins and we managed to get our own taxi for the price it’s supposed to be

Excelent value for the price. Beautiful beach setup with chairs, beds and umbrellas. Very nice staff, good food, family oriented. Hotel is a bit outdated but kept very clean. Everyone tries to be helpful even that most of the staff dont speak English. I enjoyed beeing surrounded by the Mexicen families with very well behaved kids. Outside of the hotel is kept neet and tidy around the pool. I was just a bit disapointed by the end. We needed late checkout and I was ready to pay 1000 mx pesos what they asked for, but turned out that would be per person. So paying 300CAD to stay 2 to 3 hours more didn’t realy make sense.

Location is nice. Restaurant staff are all friendly. Hotel room and washrooms are all dated. Need a massive renovations. Not much food selections

I was not happy with my stay! I tried to cancel my reservations and was told No they would not accept or refund my money but when I got there to check in they put me in a room with 1 king I reserved a room with 2 queens and when I called to tell them they said the couch folds out they didnt have any other rooms available ?!?! They said they would come make the couch up and never showed I had to call them 4 hours later and wait another hour, she came in half made the bed said its fine and walked out?! THE COUCH BED was like sleeping on the floor it was SO uncomfortable :( 2nd they are very limited on places / options for food! You have to eat on their time or dont eat and the "All inclusive" doesnt include anything in your room they charge you ha ha ha ha Will never return
