No daily housekeeping, i was served only bread and egg for breakfast for my 14days stay...They make you pay money for more stuff

Once a while you meet guest whose needs are so difficult to satisfy. Our latest referral Jackie unfortunately happens to be one of such guests. She is just too difficult to satisfy.
She booked for a kind room that was not available at the time. For the sake of customer care, we offered a room that cost 30% more to Jackie at no additional cost.
Jackie and her boyfriend requested for a service we have never advertised as part of our services. Specifically, they wanted to be given access to a kitchen where they can cook their own meals. This is not part of the services we offer at Royal Triangle Guesthouse as evidenced on our websites and our pages on Expedia. In our bid to make the customer happy, we proposed creating a usable kitchen for her use but at an extra charge. This she surprisingly opposed. Probably she found the charge on the high side but she has all the right to reject the offer especially when it was based on her own request. Objectively, I do not see how the above amounts to poor customer service.
By opting for a room that costs only US$ 24 per night, I am not sure what Jackie's expectations were in terms of kind of breakfast.
I think Jackie simply the difficult to please type.
