Property is spectacular, inside an almost enchanted forest, building and room are impressive, a real castle look a feel

Best Chateau experience ever!
Posted 3 Aug 2018The hotel is a 15th century Chateau converted into a stunning hotel! It was an exceptional experience to stay there for two nights. We got a suite with two rooms which was decorated to style. We managed to enjoy an evening in the patio outside and was the best peaceful experience ever.
They serve continental breakfast. There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner but there was a nice French restaurant a few mins drive from the chateau in the same town. The staff gave us all the information we needed.
They even provided a baby crib for our baby girl.
The location was perfect to explore Loire Valley.
Staff was very attentive and we would definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Magical experience in a French château.
Posted 10 Oct 2016
Pros: Location, staff, setting.
Location: Set in the beautiful Loire valley and surrounded by tiny French villages, châteaus and castles.
Everything from the friendly and personable proprietors, lovely decorated rooms and the beautifully restored 15th century French château surrounded by 100 acres of autumn leaved forests contributed to a very memorable four days. Magical!

Beautiful restored chateau.
Posted 16 Aug 2016 on HotelsWe stayed three days here during the second week in August. It was delightful. The chateau has been restored to a very high standard, the staff were excellent and the grounds magnificent. We plan to stay here again soon

Charming hotel! Bed was really comfortable and room was beautifully decorated. Room was exactly as it looked in photos, possibly better in real life. Would definitely be back again!
(Tips to those navigating by googlemaps- from the D760, dont take the D57 entrance as recommended cos it goes nowhere, but take the entrance from route de brou instead)
