If you want a place to lay your head for a low price this is good. Some deferred maintenance, but staff is nice and rooms are adequate.

Expedia and the hotel need to do a better job of letting customers know where the hotel is. Jarun is a neighborhood in Zagreb and the hotel is definitely not in that location.

ear Mr. Warren, we don't have anything with wrong choosen location. We have very visiable informations about were we are. Obviously, when asked location did not have available rooms, searching area was spreaded on another parts of Zagreb. Check it with Expedia. BED BUGS!!
Posted 21 Oct 2016 on HotelsThe morning after we left this hotel I was covered in approximately 20 bug bites that turned into large red welts. They were itchy and oozed with puss. The room was not clean and what was supposed to be a non-smoking room, had a strong smell of smoke, especially from the mattress.
The breakfast was excellent except for the coffee which came from a machine that seemed like it had not been cleaned in weeks.
I will be contacting the hotel directly and expect a full refund. As a matter of public health, the management needs to be aware of the bed bug issue.

Nice Surprise on the outskirts of Zagreb
Posted 25 May 2016 on HotelsWe stayed here overnight on a recent trip across Europe because our usual hotel in Zagreb was fully booked. What a nice surprise this was, the only downside was the lack of a lift as my wife is disabled but we managed the stairs very slowly.

Alright value, close to highway
Posted 16 Jan 2016Close to highway if you are in transit. Free parking at the hotel and free WiFi but the WiFi did not work well.
The room was clean but the mattress was terrible. Small but comfortable room.
The receptionist was excellent and helpful.

comfortable hotel for quick stay over

Die nähe zur Autobahn. Die Matratze war leider Durch gelegen, und für meinen Geschmack nicht mehr Brauchbar.
