Clean and spacious rooms in a great location in Novi Sad. Ideal for visiting the city centre. But understaffed (reception was often closed) and the music in the courtyard went on til past 2 am. Some rooms have windows that are so high you can’t see out even when standing on the bed! Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall nice hotel, and good location. The bed was hard as a rock and the air conditioner didn’t work halfway through the night. We asked for it to be fixed but it didn’t get resolved. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly.

Great place

Very nice place in the heart of Novi Sad. Fantastic location. The building seem old and grey from outside, but the inside was made into modernly design hotel. Room was very spacious, shower as well, and big and comfy bed. Reception is available until 23 only, but can wait there for late check ins. We got to park for free. Breakfast is served in a restaurant by the hotel, not buffet.

Novi Sad. Very good but not ideal.

Complicated parking. Staff came along in the car through a pedestrian area with limited access. Private parking not easy to exit if other cars parked. Leaving early before others can be difficult. Room was with the only window several meters up. So no view. Ok for overnighthing. Breakfast and facilities fine. Staff extremely serviceminded and helpful.

Could be a great hotel but......

The hotel has a great location, right near the old town and very easy to walk to many sights. The room was well done and had all the usual amenities. However, there are several issues: there is no lobby - just a reception desk - this means that there is no place to sit outside of the room; there is no elevator from the street level to the reception and there are 2 flights of steps - one inside and 1 from the street to the front door. There was no one to help with the bags. Therefore if you need help with bags or can't walk steps then this is not the hotel for you. Finally breakfast - the hotel has no service of its own but uses the cafe right near the hotel. However, there is a set menu for hotel guests with very limited choices. I was not happy with this at all. While i really liked the location and found parking right in front, i most likely would not stay again due to the lack of service and the breakfast situation.
