I stayed here while attending a training course locally. It is a quiet and safe location. All of the staff were nice and polite. I really liked the evening appetizers; I arrived in the evening after a challenging day of travel and wasn't looking forwards to going back to the car to hunt for food, so finding complimentary ravioli with sauce and rolls was very much appreciated. The hotel is near a few food choices and shopping without getting into heavy traffic. I would definitely choose this location again.

There is nothing that I liked at this property. The service was horrendous. The staff were terrible incompetent.

You continued to demagnetize your key and blame our staff, you lied about your AC not working demanded to move 15 minutes after checking in and front desk tried to show you how to turn the AC on you refused to wait and harassed IHG to try to give you a refund which IHG is not authorized to do. You treated my staff from housekeeping to front desk disrespectfully! You are NOT the guest we want at our property! You are NEVER welcomed to book my property again! Your low rate and still demanded a refund and stayed at our property for a week only to mis treat my staff! NOT WELCOMED! Police WILL trespass you if you return

We had a problem with our keys working. Every day we had to go down to the front desk to get new keys. Hotel was great however, I didn't like that they didn't make the beds everyday. All they did was give new towels. They didn't even wash the 2 coffee cups in the sink.

We are really excited to announce we will be having a new lock system installed because the keys are so sensitive when you place them near your phone they do get demagnetized. We expect those to be installed here in the next couple of months. The order has already been placed! :) As for housekeeping, yes, Staybridge across the world do not schedule housekeeping on the weekends. It is only during the week but if something is needed our front desk staff or housekeeping would certainly try to accommodate the request :)

Lots of room in our suite. We had 2 bathrooms, but one had a wobbly toilet. It didn't seem to be attached to the floor.
Debra in the breakfast area was pleasant, and was busy getting things filled. They had make your own waffles and omelets as well as yogurt bar and salad bar.
They had a nice pool and cookout area in the middle of the hotel.
It was a pleasant stay.

They were doing some remodel so parking was being used by the construction company but all in all a good stay. Was very expensive but we had to be close to hospital so we had to pay the price.
