Nice for shopping, near transport

This is not 4* at all. Woke everyday at 8am by the cleaners banging. Manager was shouting at guests in public. The room safe didn’t work, the room was very small and I’d say 2-3* at best. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Transport is very expensive to go anywhere and it’s very far from Venice city.

Dear,Our cleaning company starts at 9:00am and they follow an internal system where they can see which rooms are already checked out, we assure you that it is impossible that they have knocked on your door. Hotel was good but area around hotel is definitely hard for public transportation. Hotel gets a 5 star rating but the transportation option doesn't.

No bell boy to help with luggage. Very basic room, reminds me of a school dorm. Room smells garlic ??. Hallway smells of cigarette smoke. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Shower and bathroom was a little dated, breakfast was good, people are friendly, steps to the beach
