"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. "The staff made sure we had access to locked parking for our motorcycle. The room had a small kitchenette which was clean but walls were marked. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean.
