Didn’t receive any vip upgrade as promised. Given keys for wrong room, had to go back to reception, no apology. Hotel extremely noisy due to tiled floors throughout and exceedingly thin walls!

We had a superior twin room. Loved the size of it, the antique furniture, having a table & chairs and the beds were super comfortable.
