Stayed here for one night on our way to Turin choose hotel as cheap and near railway station. Whilst basic it was clean and beds very comfortable . You could get pizza here but we walked 5 mins into novara its self for evening meal . Check in fine and check out just involved posting key into key box

Great location, just 5 minute walk from the Novara

Room was big, had a TV and a private bathroom.
The free WiFi worked very good in the room.
The only con was that when I got there at 4:15pm the hotel was closed, and when another guest that was also going to stay there called the hotel, they said they would open at 5:00pm.
