Great maintained and family managed property, super clean and organized.
If first time at Novalja don't be surprised by the amount of new property developments and younger sometimes noisy visitors.

Quiet, but close to the action!
Posted 3 Sep 2018 on HotelsThis was a lovey family run spot down a quiet street within walking distance (7min) of the town’s main drag! Our room had a great view of the harbor and was clean, large and modern. Worth noting that the entrance and rooms are up stairs so it would be more difficult for people with mobility issues. There was ample parking and a swimming pool and large veranda with tables. (which we did not use but worth noting). Also worth noting, The breakfast was great, lots of options. Didn’t have a crazy party vibe like some places in the area which was a plus for us!

Posted 1 Aug 2018A lovely clean family-run hotel in a quiet location but only a short walk to the seafront with numerous bars and restaurants. The owners were helpful and polite, the breakfast was continental but with the additional option of excellent omelettes. Beautiful pool and well-maintained rooms and premises. Highly recommended.

The location is great, just a 10 minute walk to the waterfront and bus that takes you to Zrce beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful.The room is a good size, quiet, and comfortable.

I had one of the most enjoyable experiences at this location. The is a family owned and managed property, and as such, they make you feel at home, and as one more family member. The room and all the facilities are clean and feel new, there is a nice swimming pool and common area, and it is located very close to the city center. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Posted 20 Jul 2016The hotel in general is nice, however the rooms are small and the bathroom is extremely tiny you hardly have space to move! The breakfast was nice and the location is good. The only downfall during my stay was that on the morning of our check out, I spent 20 mins calling down to reception but there was no answer, I had to go all the way down stairs (no lifts) just to ask for some shower gel. There was no staff in reception so had to go down another flight of stairs only to find the reception staff having a cup of tea and cigarette near the restaurant area!!

An unwanted experience

Location: The back of beyond
We were not aware when booking or at our arriving in Zadar, that the hotel was approximately 100Km. away It cost us a fortune by Taxi from the bus station to the hotel then again back to the Zadar airport. We asked the driver before getting in the taxi the cost only to be told it was by the meter and he could not speak English so we thought we were being kidnapped. BEWARE
