The members were lovely! We left a bag at the check in and they found our room and brought it back to us! The staff were great, the room was great, overall really nice place!

Some pros and cons. But 1 ply toilet paper?!
Posted 2 Aug 2024 on HotelsI recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was impeccably clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the view left much to be desired, facing a car park. Even with the curtains shut, car headlights still managed to disturb our sleep.
The room, despite its cleanliness, showed signs of wear and tear. There was chipped paint, numerous scratches and dents in the walls, and even rust on the soap dispenser. These details made the room feel quite tired, which was disappointing for a boutique hotel.
Additionally, I was surprised to find only one-ply toilet paper provided, and the walls were so thin that we could hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms. For the price, I expected better amenities and a more serene experience.

Could have been worse but not great.
Posted 6 Jun 2024 on HotelsNot the hotels fault but woken at 00.30 by other guests slamming doors and raised voices. Bed was extremely hard and bad odor from shower drains.
