Ice machine broken. Room smelled like smoke, we did not know it had been a smoking room. No USB ports in the room. The door was difficult to open. And it was over $250 a night!

There were no curtains in the room which allowed anyone to look into my first floor room. The woman who greeted me, Siama was rude and unfriendly.

Lady at the desk was so helpful. Room was very nice. I think this will be my go to hotel when m here in Baltimore
