Nice place but had to wait 10mins as they tried to charge me again for my room after I paid on line 2 months ago. Got to the room that was utterly freezing with no heat. 3 attempts got it working to find near no water at shower and the tray all blocked with hair.

Large recently decorated room, with totally renewed shower room. All very nice, but a bit short on furniture! Lots of spce but only one easy chair in a double room, and no chest of drawers so if you were staying any length of time and wanted to unpack... The staff were very friendly and the food was good, evening and breakfast. We had a room at the front and there was traffic noise, but it wasn't enough to disturb our sleep.

The room and hotel overall was nice. Easy to park and able to check in quickly. My only big negative was the pillows were so flat it was hard to be comfortable in bed, please buy some new pillows.

Road noise compromised sleep massively. Beams and low ceilings a hazard for husband who is 6ft 2inches tall. Broken handle on one of the windows, so couldn’t open it. Cobwebs on bathroom skylight. Dirty valance on one of the beds.

The team were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and great for the price. The breakfast was lovely. I will stay again.

superb room, very comfortable with good wifi, unfortunately lots of road noise from outside as my room was at the front, needs secondary glazing
