The proprietor was incredibly kind and helpful. Perfect location, rooms were clean modern and everything in order. Def recommended.

Gianni was an excellent host. He was very friendly and gave great tips for exploring Noto and the surrounding area. Breakfast is served from 8:30-9:30 and was very delicious! The rooms were comfortable and in a wonderful location.

So very impressed with this property. Beyond clean with a fabulous breakfast, My room was especially stylish and the shower, along with big fluffy towels, was wonderful. The bed with its premium linens, is very very comfortable. What makes this place a stand-out though is the host, Gianni. It’s clear that his boutique accommodation is his passion project. He strives to make his guests both comfortable and informed about a city he clearly loves.

Excellent stay overall. Conveniently located near the center of Noto. Pleasant decor and plenty of space, too. Great breakfast and friendly host.
