A wonderful paradise that felt like home

The staff are wonderful and always willing to help and give recommendations of where to go or eat. I am so glad we stayed here, the pool and other facilities are wonderful and clean. The breakfast is amazing and I am going to miss it!

This is a wonderful location with ethical environmental values. There was an excellent front of house team who went out of their eit way to meet our needs. The calm relaxing atmosphere allowed us to fully unwind from everday life. We received excellent service on the whole; on a couple of occasions the standard was not quite as high when staff were under pressure in the restaurant and pool bar. These are small tweaks that could be improved with training.

Fantastic hotel with all amentities at a very high standard - the room was great, pool and bar also really good. Staff totally helpful and friendly - they were impressive people who were all multilingual and coped with a mix of visiotrs. The breakfast buffet was excellent and it was a joy to sit outside in the gardens enjoying this food (the Sicilian Marmalade is just tremendous). This is an old vinyard and winemaking farm and the owners have clearly spent enormous amounts redeveloping it into a super hotel. We recommend it highly.

Posted 1 Nov 2018 on HotelsBeautiful location, amazing facility and frendly staff. Very close to Noto, beautiful city with a unexpected night life. Very close to the sea, to Lido di Noto, unfortunately the weather did not support any sea activity...
