Posted 12 Oct 2018Clean, large room, nice bathroom,comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast included. Great restaurant onsite. Nice area for walking. Laundry available onsite. Very friendly & accomodating staff.

Rustic hotel within striking distance of Notto
Posted 9 Sep 2017Hotel was near beach along a dusty scruffy path but in arrival our room was upgraded to a super large room with lovely bathroom. Restaurant was in courtyard and the food was good, service a bit erratic. The breakfast coffee was horrible something we have never experienced in Italy before but the main negative was the awful piped music coming from every corner of the place, by the pool, restaurant ..... terrible terrible covers!!! Overall a good experience though

Hotel was pretty with OK facilities - wifi and pool. The breakfast was a bit sparse and staff disorganised. Also out of town so not great if you want to go out for dinner and have a drink as buses are limited and even more so out of season. Bedroom was cold & outdated. Would make a good summer hotel choice.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, quiet setting and good sized car park away from the 'hotel' but still easy access. Relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: Maybe better pillows; English translation for dining room menu; no piped music in garden...want to hear the night noises...crickets! Another hammock!
Location: Very well placed for the southeast...worth having a hire car (very reasonable price) to get to beautiful coastline/towns...lovely beach 20mins walk.
From the moment we arrived we found everyone very friendly and wanting to help with luggage etc. We were offered a choice of rooms as we had gone at a quiet time (October). Everywhere was clean, including the pool, and the garden/orchard was well kept and full of citrus trees and some pomegranite. The rooms and dining room...which was huge...were all beautifully decorated by a local artisan we think...white with large stylised paintings in the baronial dining room and small artwork in the bedrooms which also had air conditioning. Plently of tables and chairs in the gardens under the fruit trees and loungers around the pool. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice and the lady who was on duty, bringing tea/coffee etc. was very efficient, friendly and helpful. We ate a couple of times in the dining room and the food was good although we had difficulty understanding the menu.

Typisch Sizilianisches Country House
Posted 6 Aug 2024 on HotelsTolles Country House. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und waren wieder einmal vollumfänglich zufrieden. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Poolanlage ist top, und der Strand ist schnell erreichbar.

location ben ristrutturata che conserva la magia delle case rurali siciliane.
Ottima posizione per tutto (mare, città Unesco,..)
Ristorante e personale di qualità.
