Bruno and his team were excellent! It was a welcoming relaxed atmosphere. The food was exceptional and the rooms were very nice. The pool was beautiful with an amazing view. I would highly recommend staying here!

Felt like a second honeymoon
Posted 17 Jun 2019 on HotelsAMAZING place, experience, food, hospitality - it felt like a second honeymoon with the ocean view balcony. Probably the best food on the island. incredible attention to detail in the room, the cooking, the design of the hotel from lounge to pool to shore

Posted 5 Dec 2023 on HotelsIdylle Beach svarer til navnet.Idyll. Vakker beliggenhet, hyggelig vertskap, nydelig, smakfull mat, hyggelig betjening og imponerende renhold av rommet hver dag. Jeg har aldri vært på et hotel hvor jeg har trivdes så godt. Her passer det virkelig å si a home away from home.

Fijne kamer en heerlijk eten
Posted 13 Sep 2019 on HotelsHeerlijk verblijf gehad. Goede kamer, lekkere douche en een zeer goed restaurant. Zeer gastvrij ontvangen en centrale ligging op het eiland in het ‘centrum’. Onverwachts twee nachten langer gebleven vanwege de boot die niet ging maar dit was geen enkel probleem.

Posted 2 Sep 2019 on HotelsInteressante come l'albergatore sia venuto in contro ai nostri problemi, più o meno "sono affari vostri".
Isola effettivamente isolata, irraggiungibile ne' con traghetto, ne' con i voli (Tsaradia è un disastro, rischiate pure di non tornare indietro). Sconsigliato pagare qualcosa in anticipo, rischiate di perdere tutto come noi e senza nemmeno far avere spese all'hotel (acqua, luce, rete, pulizie).
In definitiva? Nessun servizio e attaccati se hai problemi.

Volevo ricordarti i fatti:
In realtà hai preso la compagnia aerea Tsaradia e causando il maltempo non puoi atterrare a Sainte-Marie. La compagnia Tsaradia ha riferito il mattino seguente del tuo volo. Tuttavia, hai preferito cancellare il tuo soggiorno a Sainte-Marie.
Durante il tuo soggiorno di 4 notti è rimasta la possibilità di goderti altre 3 notti.
Vorrei ricordarti del libro: comprare la tua un'ora in vacanza.
Quindi, le nostre condizioni di prenotazione sono ampiamente esplicite sul sito Web di Expedia. Abbiamo adempiuto alla nostra parte di questo contratto.
In sintesi, tu stesso hai preso una decisione che non giustifica le critiche e le valutazioni che hai messo su Expedia presso la nostra struttura.
Devi anche dirci che ci siamo offerti di rimborsare gli importi annullati, ma che è stato scelto l'ultimo minuto, ma è una scelta difficile.

Je tenais à vous rappeler les faits:
Effectivement vous avez pris la compagnie d'aviation Tsaradia et causez le mauvais temps vous n'avez pas pu atterrir à Sainte-Marie. La compagnie Tsaradia a rapporté au lendemain matin votre vol. Cependant, vous avez préféré annuler votre séjour sur Sainte-Marie.
Sur votre séjour de 4 nuitées il restait la possibilité de profiter encore de 3 nuitées.
I tenais to you rappeler to the one or a but of the book: to buy your one hour in your vacation.
Ensuite, nos conditions de réservation sont largement explicites sur le site d'Expedia. Nous avons rempli notre part de ce contrat.
En résumé, vous avez vous-même pris une décision qui ne justifie pas la critique et la note que vous avez mis sur Expedia à notre établissement
