The location was good and ample parking. The property and facilities were however very dated throughout

Firstly the staff werent aware of the reply to the email you sent. It looked really tired inside and out. The carpets were worn or stained. The bar carpet was rucked up. We ordered coffees and got called to the bar to collect them, whereas normally they would be brought to the table. My wife asked for vegan sausage and a runny egg, as all the eggs brought out were firm. The sausages were under cooked and the egg again was firm. We were very disapointed. Apart from being charged more per night and breakfast than was being charged on the day. You need to refurbish soon or you will miss out on people staying there on a regular basis.
