Friendly and helpful staff and general cleanliness and order .
Self parking was difficult.

Except this we have own street car park. on far side that is free park from 4:30 Pm to 10 AM. On other side needs to permit which will be provide from hotel reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the station and not too far from the city centre. Only criticism I have was the shower wasn’t that powerful and the pillow on my bed was very thin. But overall would stay there again

Basic accommodation, good for an overnight stay. Very friendly staff, the room was clean and beds comfortable. Not in the best area but it was quiet.
