IT WAS SHUT!!

I wasn’t happy with the overall service. Additionally, I have contacted about a lost item, and they have not been helpful. I came back to Norwich and no one has answered my calls or the door.

Only negative was banging of doors early am by neighbouring guests

Really cosy
Posted 14 Aug 2023 on HotelsReally lovely. A perfect, affordable, no frills stay. I paid just a little extra for the en suite than a shared bathroom and it was definitely worth it. Really cosy bed and friendly staff.

Very pleased with this booking - staff very helpful and welcoming. 2 minute walk to Norwich train station - would highly recommend.
