A nice hotel with excellent in room facilities and good food.
Very busy though with events sold through the hotel and a little off the beaten track

Stayed in the Annex building for two nights.
limited parking outside the building so had to park up at the hotel. Rooms could do with updating a bit. Breakfast was great on both morning and staff were lovely.

Booked on the day. Wasn’t informed that there were two functions with music. Arrived to noise and a lot of drunk people. Things settled around 1.30 in the end but there were still constant interruptions during the night. Upon leaving staff didn’t even ask about the stay. Very poor, all round.

Best Western Plus Oaklands Hotel great breakfast, friendly staff and walking distance to Norwich ,lots of pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance and its on a bus route if you don t fancy walking .

I stayed in rm4 and thought the room looked a bit tired and needs some maintenance and decor issues. The shower was cold as well.
