They should not say they provide breakfast- coffee and a granola bar is not a breakfast

I would not stay here again if my life depended on it. We waited over an hour PAST check in time for our room to be ready. During which time we waited in the lobby and heard the front desk staff laugh in the faces of customers who traveled hours to be told they were double booked. Three couples came in and were told their rooms were unavailable and that there was nothing they could do and nowhere for them to go. The hotel smelled disgusting and the room was dirty despite us waiting so long for it to be “cleaned”. The front desk staff laughed at anyone who asked for any help. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. A mess. Choose somewhere else.

Very conveniently located. Didn't like that there wasn't a place for ice or to water to fill water bottles.
