"The place is understaffed, which made for a 3-hour long wait for my room to be ready, even though I made the reservation weeks in advance (through a third party site, which might have been the main problem, and not a reflection of the motel reservation system itself)... This said, the staff were as accommodating as they could be with what limited resources and help they had available. "Never saw a live person in this hotel. The check in process was with a virtual attendant. The carpets were thread barren, the tile in the bathroom were doubled stacked & raised, the towels were thin as rags. Tv had many channels & a big pool. The door to the pool was very difficult to open unless a person was either strong or had some weight to push against the door which would definitely be a fire hazard.
