Cold reception

"The reception when we arrived was not warm and inviting. The clerk scowled at us and made no attempt to ask if we needed anything. She was rude and mumbled so we couldn't understand what she was saying. Other than that out room was perfect for us. The breakfast was adequate and in keeping with the charge for room."
