"It was good. Room was dusty and mattress cover didn’t fit properly but other than that it was clean. Room position was noisy due to workmen on roof opposite. Also constant noise of bottles being emptied into bin through the night kept us awake. Lifts were slow and one was out of order for most of our stay. Location was great and close to everything. Central for liver building, pier head, Albert dock and Liverpool one shopping centre. It wasn’t clear which car park belonged to the hotel. Ended up...

"Great location, loud at night but to be expected. Very cheap toiletries and room not being cleaned during 2 night stay made the stay feel less than luxurious. Bread knife would be a good addition in the kitchenette. Feels safe. Would revisit. Thank you!"

"Great apartment for heading out on Mathew street, right in the centre of Liverpool. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the security staff with 1 of my friends, literally chatting away with them then 1 of them got quite aggressive. Wouldn’t stop us booking again, great trip👍 "

"If I'm being honestly I absolutely do not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe, unclean and the owners are unbothered despite reaching out. I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. Pretty much every key safe already had the code on them so anyone walking past could have helped themselves to the property keys. I picked the key to room 5 and when I entered the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. So went through the other key safes to find a key for room 6,...

"I went with a disabled young gentleman we stopped over for one night. The accommodation and parking were excellent right in the middle of Liverpool the apartment was clean but a little outdated. We asked for a first floor apartment but on arrival we were on the 5 floor which we managed but made it difficult for the young gentleman I was supporting over all communication a little poor. We will be going again but next time I’ll double check availability before booking. "

"We enjoyed the apartment, it was sacious and comfy. We did have a few kitchen niggles. The equipment/utensils glassware need updating/adding to or renewing. The wine flutes were all different sizes and there were only 3 same with the mugs. Salt & pepper would be a welcome addition as would a measuring jug. "Usual stay been here loads of times and it don't deserve the poor reviews, last Friday before Christmas for £42,👍 +ve. Very central location, very cheap and always clean, the building is fantastic, staff always friendly. -ve. Room this time was OK but headboard not attached to wall and banged everytime we moved. Tried a shower in morning. Had to empty at least 2 Merseyside reservoirs before warm water came through. "

"Lovely room with a superb view.Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean room and hotel. Fluffy big towels and gowns. Friendly staff. Handy location for walking to centre, so close to pretty Albert Docks. Good security checked if we were staying when we came back to hotel late. Close to car park.
