"Strange things happen at this hotel! Two of the three elevators did not work. Actually someone was shouting in one of those stuck elevators crying to be rescued. I requested to the guest services for a packaged to be dropped to my room. They informed me that other than security there is no one to drop that package to my room so I had to dress up and go down to pick it up. At 3-4 AM there were noises on the floor. Scattered stuff on the check-in counter."

"All staff is absolutely amazing! Hotel is clean and the food at the hotel is great! Shuttle bus is great to go the my new shopping spot Mosaic. I will be back! "

"The only complaint we have is that the pet friendly rooms smell Strong of urine. Perhaps replacing carpet with washable flooring would eliminate the issue. "

"Went to check in and they advised us no hot water. Since we booked with hotels.com we would have to call them about a refund. It was 7:00pm we did not want to go through all that it should be easier than that. Still pleasant enough stay. Comfortable "
