"We were booked for the side wing of motel-like rooms and there was an immediate smell of mold in the room. I am allergic to mold. Because we were only staying one night, we were moved to the main building. That room was lovely! Two beds. Spacious room. And a fireplace! Def book the main building! "

"Great place to stay in Essex Junction, handy to Burlington. Room was well equipped and a good size. Desk staff was efficient and friendly, and they sell pastries that are great to take to the room and put in the cute refrigerator for breakfast in bed with a cup of coffee from the in-room coffee maker. Two cans of Vermont spring water in cans are provided - no plastic bottles. Great bedding, terry robes, and two luggage racks - nice touches!"

"It was very nice. I only had one complaint. Our shower (Rm 305) had only a shower curtain in front and a 1/4 inch lip on the floor. Consequently, a long shower resulted in quite a puddle in the bathroom even after ensuring that the curtain was where it should be. Actually, some water reached the carpeted area outside the bathroom. I tried calling the desk before leaving, but there was no answer after many rings."
