I felt that at the least the room should have had better lighting and Kleenex available, even a small bar of soap would have been handy. I did not understand the person who booked me in and I ended up paying for 2 breakfasts that I was unable to go to because I was I'll. The rules regarding breakfast should be typed up for people from other countries.

We had issues with our final bill which the front desk staff dealt with badly.

Checkout was a nightmare. They had charged a small bar bill to the wrong room and refused to accept they made a mistake. Front desk staff was argumentative and in the end refused to remove the incorrect charge. Since it was a small amount and we were in a hurry to leave we let it go. Good customer service would have just removed the incorrect charge.
