"We just finished a three night stay at Lofoten Base Camp. I cannot speak more highly of this place. It was clean, comfortable and a superb location for our photography trip. All the major photographic sights were within a half hour’s drive except south Lofoten which was about an hour away. "We checked in on December 25, and rented our own car at the airport to drive to the cabin. Along the way, being Christmas, we did not realize the ferry was not working. It made our drive three hours longer than expected. In the future, I suggest letting guest Know ahead of time about the ferries.
