"Had no problems with check in, check out, or any part of our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean but does smell like cigarettes in the hallway due to the casino attached but it did not come into the rooms at all so it wasn’t a bother. Had trouble sleeping due to the loud fan that would turn on and off for the ac/heater. Overall, it was a great price for a good place to stay while our son was playing in a local tournament. We will stay here again. "

"We stayed 4 nights to visit family in the area. This was a great spot to call home for a few days. The room was large . The breakfast was hot and varied each day. The cook did a lovely job! The hotel was being remodeled, which we would have liked to know. Also the pool and hot tub were not as expected. We received treatments at the spa which were adequate. We look forward to the new owners shining up this gem."

"Christina at the front desk was very helpful. My reservation was somehow stuck in the computer system and she took the time to help me by letting me settle down in my room first and when my prepaid reservation finally showed up in the hotels computer she let me know so I could complete the check-in process. She is very patient and resourceful and handled the situation very professionally. She deserves a commendation"

"We’ve stayed 3 times this year at this location when traveling to see family. We found the rooms to be very comfortable, well set up for a family, and simply and properly decorated and appointed for travelers. We enjoyed the pool during the summer. Breakfast is a great value considering the options compared to other hotels offering breakfast."

"My husband wasn't feeling good, so I went to ask if we could check in 3 hours early, and the front desk guy. I think his name is Alex, was so kind and helpful. He even waved the early check in fee, because my husband was sick. "
