Pretty techy- can check-in/out without interacting with any staff. You can even open the front door and door to your room with their app. The only thing that I think they can improve on is having an outlet at each bed. Having an outlet inside the locker is nice and all but I would like to have easy access to my phone when I go to bed and when I wake up.

Don’t expect this place to be luxurious place to stay. Good for just sleeping nothing too fancy. Bathroom was clean bed was made up appears to be clean. I would stay again if I’m staying in the city. Only downfall was the reception , they had a sign up “Back in 20 minutes” we waited for 40 minutes. Another customer attempted to speak to the front desk staff but had told the customer to wait til 2pm before they can check in and interact with the person looking after the reception. Sign should be changed to the timings you’ll return not how long you’ll be away for.

Just the beds were super uncomfortable (very hard thin budget mattress) and couldn't adjust your own temp.
