Beautiful place and great service. Too bad about the local construction. Not their fault though.

Lobby, bar & restaurant well presented however rooms very dated and not worth the $450-$500 per night rate card paid. Rooms in need for a desperate renovation. Well off being anywhere near comparative to other QT properties.

Hi Shayne,Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your room was not at the high levels that we usually aim to achieve. We are working towards a refurbishment at the moment to get our product in line with the QT Brand - we hope to start this in the next 10 months. This refurbishment will include all guest rooms and will address the size and décor. This is certainly not an excuse but more so reasoning that we can appreciate how our rooms may initially present and that your feedback is being addressed.
