There were some communication issues, ie never did get a response to a message sent a week or two before the reservation, and got text alerts that I would get emails that I did not receive re how to check in. Called and was told that was an issue that they were aware of. There seems to be some variability as a friend’s unit of the same room category was amazing, whereas ours had some broken cabinets and no upgraded touches. "Spacious and well laid at home. We had a great short family vacation. It was about two minutes from the ski resort. All the instructions were clear. Everything worked well and was clean. The temp in the house was in the 80s and they promised fans but that took two days to get. There were bugs and cobwebs, nails sticking out of porch and non existent WiFi. Management only cares about money and not customers or condition of unit. They have since changed their listing but refusing to compensate us even though we left as soon as we could find...

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
