"The hotel cleaning lady was very helpful "

"Check in was quick and friendly staff. There were a couple issues with the room, broken bed side lamp and door security night latch. Both were repaired the next day. The front desk person was helpful and brought extra glasses to the room as asked for. Breakfast was a pleasant suprise, very good "

"The staff is always helpful and friendly. Some of the rooms are showing wear and tear. Affordable and clean, but unfortunately, the location does not make me feel the safest. "

"The whole place needs a deep clean. No elevator, dirty hallways. In our room the carpets were filthy and ragged. I found a sock on the floor by the desk. The little shampoo bottle was used and almost empty. No tv remote, headboard was grubby, cloth chairs were stained and dirty BUT the bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!"

"Clean room....looks like its been under renovation for years and never completed...homeless people in and atound the hotel and parking is shared with a vehicle dealership making parking very limited"

"Everything was good except not having bottled water in the room for coffee or tea"
