The master bedroom has a shower built right into the room and a cubby hole with a pull curtain for the commode. There is no range or stove, just a microwave, in the tiny kitchen. "The property was cozy and adequate size. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils and did have some dry food stuffs left over. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Was close enough to downtown Fayetteville to get there quickly. "

"Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. "
