Stolen stuff out of the back of my truck a brand new battery that was a hundred and sixty eight dollars gone to the wind

When I arrived I was told that the Expedia reservation had been made but no payment had been provided by Expedia. They told me to contact Expedia which I did but then when Expedia tried to reach them....their phones were down. So I had to pay for another reservation not through Expedia, and am still trying to get my refund from Expedia. Hotel was clean but in pretty rough shape.
