This property is not cleaned up to standards at all! The towel smelled it seemed rundown and pool and amenities are closed so guest shouldn’t be charged for something they can’t use! What made me made the most is my room has a huge roach in the bed! My house doesn’t even have baby ones and I live in Florida! That is NASTY! When I complained about it the hotel did nothing until I called Expedia about it and they fixed for me! Sir find an exterminator!

I had to cancel the reservation. The hotel does not offer breakfast, does not have a proper Reception, has no place to store luggage and looks neglected.

Hotel should NOT have booked rooms during a complete renovation. The floors and ceilings were completely covered in plastic wrap and all light fixtures, or any semblance of hotel, was in disarray. Hotel room service came day one, then the next day only change was they gave us more coffee pods.

In our first room there were shot cups and panties under the table as soon as you walk and inside the room the AC was off for a few days forced to leave. When I checked out and payed at property they still charged me for an additional 15 days.

Here’s an improved version:---Hello,According to my staff, someone from Ms. Simon's room returned the keys to the front desk at 10:32 a.m. the day of her checkout, at which point we checked her out of the system. Therefore, Ms. Simon completed her entire stay.
