"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"A totally unique hotel with wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough to make our stay so very special! We loved it all! We were here for the MotoGP race and the location was perfect - we walked every day (15 minute walk) and it was completely safe and peaceful. We cannot praise the staff enough and the food was amazing too (including mango sticky rice for breakfast)! Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Good service very clean overall. Toilet paper cover rusted, toilet hose rusted, and steel on soap holder rusted, builder use inferior quality. , which is a pity when everything else are good. Some walls in bathroom still have dust from building works."
